Hirosaki City is a town rich in emotion, with remnants of its prosperity as a castle town of the Hirosaki Clan remaining in various parts of the city.
This tour is a snow cycling tour of the castle town in the snowy city of Hirosaki. At the gentle speed of cycling, enjoy the traditional streetscape with hedges of samurai residences, bonsai trees, and cedar trees in the temple district. Stop at a long-established confectionary for a taste of Hirosaki sweets. You can also enjoy a tour of the back alleys that only cycling can offer. This course starts and ends at “Tsugaru-han Neputa-mura,” the base of sightseeing in Hirosaki, so access is convenient.
